GETCAPSS’s primary mission is to boost college retention rates among first- and second-year students, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. We strive to address the systemic and psychological challenges that lead to student dropout and limited upward mobility. In today’s evolving economic and social environment, communities face mounting challenges, from the impacts of fiscal policy to shortages of accessible support services. Our programs address these urgent issues by developing a support system that fosters mental health, educational opportunities, and financial growth.

Our second mission aims to launch special assistance programs in partnership with local business owners, creating a dual-impact approach that strengthens both educational and economic resilience.
